We were planning a holiday in Basque region of Spain and were looking for a person who could guide us and help with all the bookings. We were lucky to find Bela.
She was very prompt in her responses and gave right kind travel plans. She recommended hotels and also planned and booked car travels for us. She is very details-oriented and gave us day to day activity plans too, while leaving the final choice to us .
Top it all, she actually came to meet our group at Barcelona station and we were all very delighted with this gesture of hers.
Thanks to her, we had a very lovely time in Spain .
